When will my order ship? 

Unless otherwise noted, our cotton rope vessels are made to order and ship in 1-2 weeks.

If an item you purchased is labeled as “ready to ship,” it will ship within the next 1-2 business days. Our business days include M-F.

How do I clean my basket, trivet, coaster, etc? 

Our products are made out of 100% cotton. Spot clean as needed with a colorless soap, cold/lukewarm water and a soft brush or rag. 

Be gentle on the stitching if you are scrubbing! 

Air dry flat or with towels stuffed in the vessel to maintain shape. 

Can I do a custom order? 

Of course! Many of our items on the shop blossomed from custom order requests. Have a special size in mind? Want handles? A special thread color or dyed piece? Send a note here!
